- Advertising rates are subject to change without notice. Contract advertisers will receive a 30 day written notice of any rate revisions.

B/W Camera ready artwork (not returnable). Will be rescanned into an electronic file. All efforts will be made to maintain the highest level of original attributes. Some loss in the original quality will occur and cannot be avoided. May incur additional production costs that will be charged to advertiser.
